For us, Everleigh isn’t just a name — it’s a legacy. It represents our love of the land, our dedication to quality, and our desire to create something lasting that we can share with generations to come.
Barbara and Joe Evers have always shared a love for fine wine. What began as a personal passion for collecting grew into a family dream to cultivate and craft wines of their own. In 2015, they planted Everleigh’s very first vines, transforming their hobby into a hands-on journey of winemaking.
Over the years, the vineyard has flourished under their care, expanding to include several varietals. Today, Everleigh proudly grows Chardonel, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc on the property.
Barbara and Joe’s commitment to quality remains at the heart of everything they do — from carefully managing the vines from bud break to harvest, to overseeing daily vineyard maintenance year-round.
